Returns

You wish to return a product?

No problem. All unused items purchased in our shop can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days. Just follow the step-by-step instructions:

Step 1

If you have created an account with us, please log in. In the order history you will find an overview of your orders.
If you are not a registered customer, you can access your order via the order status. All you need is the order number and your e-mail address.
Now select the products you want to return and select a reason for the return.

Step 2

When you have selected all products, simply click 'Send' and submit your return request to us. We will then forward you to DHL, where you can create and print your own return label.

Step 3

Pack the product to be returned into its original box and apply the return label to the carton.

Step 4

Drop the box off with your local post office
